Alien Sea by playdough-princess Alien Sea by playdough-princess
Acrylic on canvas 1.5 x 2 ft

I like this one at times, and I don't like it at times. I think I obviously feel that I could have done way better with this idea, but... I never really had an idea with this one... I just started painting with what shadows ans shapes I saw on the canvas after I painted the background.

Never the less, it's hanging on my living room wall.

The EYES have it! I love this painting primarily because its cohesiveness lies in nothing planned but arrived at. Like all of these creatures either showed up all at once or you just dropped in on a very crowded seascape and surprised them. And they each have such personality. :trophy:

I would really like a print of this. I worked at an aquarium for almost 5 years, and I really like the way you portray the sea life.
